By clicking the "Buy" button, you ("Client") agree to the following General Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") for the Risk Management Services provided by the Cloudhospital ("Service Provider").
(a) Scope of Services:
The Service Provider will offer risk management consulting services to clients in cases of medical malpractice ("Malpractice"). Malpractice is defined as any act of negligence or failure to meet the standard of care during medical treatment that results in harm to the patient. To clarify, the determination of Malpractice will be made through a recognized mediation agency or a third-party hospital designated by the Service Provider. Malpractice that is not recognized as such by the designated agency or hospital will not be accepted as Malpractice under this Agreement. Additionally, Malpractice related to surgeries performed prior to the execution of this Agreement is not covered.
(b) Service Delivery Process:
(1) Step 1 – Malpractice Assessment and Consultation: Free consultation services to evaluate the patient's condition, assess the need for revision surgeries or financial compensation, and communicate with the relevant healthcare provider.
(2) Step 2 – Mediation Agency Assistance and Post-Malpractice Consulting: Assistance in applying for mediation and providing support throughout the process. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, additional legal services, such as litigation or pursuing further compensation, may be offered, with any additional fees agreed upon separately.
The Client agrees to pay the following fees through the Service Provider’s online payment system:
(a) Limit of Responsibility: The Service Provider is only responsible for the services outlined in this Agreement and is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
(b) Delegation of Duties: The Service Provider may delegate tasks to qualified professionals but remains responsible for fulfilling the obligations outlined in this Agreement. The Client may not transfer their rights or obligations to third parties.
(a) Term: This Agreement is valid for one (1) year from the date of acceptance by the Client unless terminated earlier as provided herein.
(b) Termination:
(c) Force Majeure: If a force majeure event (such as a natural disaster, war, or other unforeseeable events) occurs, the Service Provider may terminate this Agreement without further obligation.
Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information obtained during the provision of services, subject to the applicable confidentiality agreements.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Seoul, Korea. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Seoul, Korea.
This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written, related to the subject matter.

This electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Client and the Service Provider, equivalent to a signed written contract.
